The prices for the services I provide as Notarius Publicus are listed below:
- Legalisation of the signature of a private individual: SEK 250 (with an additional SEK 50 for each additional name on the same document).
- Documents relating to adoptions: the price is set when we see the documents and depends on how extensive they are.
- Certifying photographs, copies of passports etc.: SEK 200.
- Documents that have to be bound and provided with a seal or something similar and any necessary additional text: SEK 300.
- Issuing an apostille for a document: SEK 300.
- Notarisation and then issuing an apostille: SEK 550.
- Legalisation of the signature of somebody empowered to sign for a company: SEK 350 (with an additional SEK 50 for each additional name on the same document).
- Certification / Affidavits: SEK 500.
In the event that your document consists of several sheets of paper where it requires more than one notary stamp an additional charge of 50 SEK / stamp will be made.
A current hourly rate will be charged for matters and ordinances which take place outside of the office. You are welcome to contact me if you wish to obtain a quote for a specific proposition or mission.
Easiest way to conduct a payment is by card or in cash on arrival at the Law firm.
An additional process fee will be made in the event where your matter requires that the service is to be performed by two notary publics.
