- Those issued by a public authority
- Birth certificates and other transcripts from registers
- Documents issued by courts of law
- Grades/certificates from higher education institutions and local authority schools
- Documents signed by a Notarius Publicus
- Authorised translations and documents signed by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce
- Transcripts from the registers of births, baptisms and marriage as well as wedding certificates
